Prism Corporation is a privately held company active in the Oil, Gas and Energy business in several states of the Southern and Western U. S. Now over 20 years old, the company seeks new oil and gas reserves using enhanced recovery drilling and completion technology. Currently working in the States of Montana, Wyoming, Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, Prism has owned, drilled or operated over 500 active wells over the past twenty plus years, and continues to acquire, drill and develop oil and gas reserves in the continental United States.
Capital
Prism Corporation has entered into two definitive agreements for the provision of capital through equity and debt financing. The capital will finance further acquisition of producing properties resulting in a significant increase in the projected revenue. Post closing oil and gas reserve estimates exceed 1.5 B in reserve value and projected cash flow from acquired and owned properties is expected to exceed 35 m year one.
2011 Focus
Our focus in 2011 continues on the mature Cut Bank Oil Field of NW Montana with the Newfield Exploration Joint Venture and continued expansion of the recent lease and production acquisitions of East Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Wyoming. Prism continues to seek to increase our acreage and existing production position for the benefit of our company and joint venture partners. Prism is acquiring new funding for the expansion of drilling and production opportunities in these states as well as a recent L.O.I. for properties in Kansas, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
